Service Update – Reminder on China’s Customs Procedures

According to China Customs’ Procedures of Intellectual Property (IP) Rights, the following reminder is to ensure smooth shipping from-and-to China. Consignors and consignees are reminded to truthfully declare the Intellectual Property Rights of the imports and exports of shipments.
Please note the following implications of this reminder:
- Firstly, verify under China Customs’ IP system for approved products
- Check that your consignments are in accordance with China’s Intellectual Property Rights
- Additionally,sSubmit any relevant documentation that are necessary
- Support shipment process by conducting spot inspections
- Conversely, economic losses and legal liability incurred by violating customs procedures, verified by China Customs, will be borne by the requestor.
